TBCS announced the launch of their new corporate web-site located at http://www.tbcsinc.com. The new site includes updated colors, graphics, and images as well as enhanced content. Visitors can now browse TBCS’s product portfolio by manufacturer or by clicking the size of their company to pull up the most appropriate products. Also included on the site are links to articles that provide valuable information for any business considering a phone system purchase.

“One of my first priorities when joining TBCS was to update the corporate web-site,” said TBCS sales manager Sean Wilder. “Our customers and vendors know that we provide the best products and service available but that message wasn’t getting across to new visitors on our web-site. We now have a site that more accurately reflects who we are.”

TBCS announced today that they have completed their acquisition of Advocate Communication (AdvoCom). AdvoCom is a Nashville-based reseller of voice over internet protocol (VoIP) telephone systems to small businesses. With the acquisition, TBCS will assume responsibility for servicing AdvoCom’s base of clients as well as adding solutions from Fonality and TalkSwitch to its product portfolio.

AdvoCom President Sean Wilder will transition to TBCS to assume responsibility for the company’s overall sales and marketing efforts. This new position represents somewhat of a homecoming for Wilder. He began his career in telecom at TBCS as an account executive from 1993-1995.

“TBCS is pleased to begin servicing AdvoCom’s customer base and feel that bringing Sean back to TBCS to handle sales will strengthen our position in the Nashville market,” said TBCS President and Founder Larry Featherstone.
